Sales Application Measures

Below are a list of the measures available from the master library in the sales application.

  • # of Cancelled Deals – Count of deals in cancelled status that are not a quote.
  • # of Completed Deals –  Count of deals in status ‘Posted’,’Delivered’.
  • # of Deal – New Vehicle Status – Count of deals in the available statuses where the vehicle status is new.
  • # of Deal – Used Vehicle Status – Count of deals in the available statuses where the vehicle status is used.
  • # of Deal Quotes 1 – Count of deals in all selected statuses.
  • # of Deal Quotes 2 – Count of deals created during the selected date range.  Requires MC Date as a selection filter.
  • # of Deal Quotes 3 – Count of deals with deal key starting with “QT-“.
  • # of Deals – Count of deals that are not quotes.  Selections for deal status can change results.
  • # of Deals By Sales Rep – Count of deals that are not quotes and have a user selected as the sales rep.
  • # of Deals Completed 1 – Count of deals in posted or delivered status based on leads creation date.
  • # of Deals Completed 2 – Count of deal in posted or delivered status with contract date matching selections from MCDate filter.
  • # of Deals From Prospect – Count of deals that have a linked prospect record.
  • # of Deals Without Prospect – Count of deals that do not have a linked prospect record.
  • # of Delivered Status Deals – Count of deals in status delivered.
  • # of Internet Prospect – Count of prospects that has a source of Internet.
  • # of Leads 1 – Count of leads created during the selected dates in the MCDate filter.
  • # of Leads 2 – Count of leads.  Use leads creation date as a filter or results are based on current selection.
  • # of Open Leads – Count of active status leads with creation date matching selections in MCDate filter.
  • # of Pending Deals – Count of deals in pending status.
  • # of Prospect – Walkin – Count of Prospects that have a type of Walkin.
  • # of Sold Status Deal – Count of deals in sold status.
  • # of Walk In Prospect – Sold – Count of prospect that are type WalkIn and in sold status.
  • Accessories # of Deals – Count of deals that have an accessory price greater than $0.00.
  • Accessories Average Gross – Average total gross profit from accessories.
  • Accessories Average Sales – Average total sales from accessories.
  • Accessories Penetration Rate – Percent of deals with sales of accessories greater than $0.00.
  • Accessories Total Gross – Total gross profit from accessories.
  • Accessories Total Sales – Total sales from accessories.
  • Completed Deal Accessory Gross – Total gross profit from accessories on deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered.
  • Completed Deal Gross – Total gross profit from deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered.
  • Completed Deal Gross Average – Average gross profit from deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered.
  • Completed Deal Protection Gross – Total gross profit from protections on deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered.
  • Completed Deal Vehicle Gross – Total vehicle gross profit from deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered.
  • Deal Gross Average – Average deal gross profit.
  • Deal Gross Total – Total gross profit from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Deal Gross Total 2 – Total gross profit on deals plus the value of lot packs.
  • F&I Gross Average – Average gross profit from F&I sales.
  • F&I Gross Total – Total gross profit from F&I sales.
  • GoogleMapLeadsPopupInfo – Display of contact/vehicle information for google map leads visualization.
  • Insurance # of Deals – Count of deals with insurance sold from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Insurance Average Gross – Average gross profit from insurance product sales from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Insurance Average Sales – Average sales from insurance products from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Insurance Gross Profit – Total gross from insurance products from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Insurance Penetration Rate – Percent of deals in all selected statuses with insurance products sold.
  • Insurance Sales – Total sales from insurance products from deals in all selected statuses.
  • MTD Posted Deal Gross – Total deal gross from deals in Posted status only with contract date matching the current year and month.
  • Posted Deal Gross – Total deal gross from deals in Posted status only.
  • Protections # of Deals – Count of deals with protections sales greater than $0.00 in all selected statuses.
  • Protections Average Gross – Average total gross profit from protections per deal from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Protections Average Sales – Average total sales from protections per deal from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Protections Penetration Rate – Percent of deals with protections sales greater than $0.00 in all selected deal statuses.
  • Protections Total Gross – Total gross profit from protections on deals in all selected statuses.
  • Protections Total Sales – Total sales from protections on deals in all selected statuses.
  • Reserve # of Deals – Count of deals with a reserve amount greater than $0.00 in all selected deal status.
  • Reserve Average Gross – Average gross profit from reserve from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Reserve Penetration Rate – Percent of deals with reserve gross greater than $0.00 in all selected deal statuses.
  • Reserve Gross – Total gross profit from reserves on deals in all selected statuses.
  • Vehicle Age in Days Average – Average vehicle age in days based on the vehicle status.  Vehicles in inventory use current date and date received, vehicles sold use contract date and date received.
  • Vehicle Gross Average – Average vehicle gross from deals in statuses Sold, Delivered, Posted.
  • Vehicle Gross Average – New Unit – Average vehicle gross profit from deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered and have a new vehicle on the deal.
  • Vehicle Gross Average – Used Unit – Average vehicle gross profit from deals in statuses Sold, Posted Delivered and have a used vehicle on the deal.
  • Vehicle Gross Margin – Gross profit percent from vehicle gross profit and vehicle price for deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered.
  • Vehicle Gross Total – Total gross profit from vehicles on deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered.
  • Vehicle Gross – New Unit – Vehicle gross profit from deals in statuses Sold, Posted, Delivered and have a new vehicle on the deal.
  • Vehicle Gross – Used Unit – Vehicle gross profit from deals in statuses Sold, Posted Delivered and have a used vehicle on the deal.
  • Vehicle Gross Total 2 – Total gross profit from vehicle sales plus value of lot pack.
  • Warranties # of Deals – Count of deals with warranty sales greater than $0.00 in all selected statuses.
  • Warranties Average Gross – Average total gross profit from warranties per deal from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Warranties Average Sales – Average total sales from warranties per deal from deals in all selected statuses.
  • Warranties Penetration Rate – Percent of deals with warranty sales greater than $0.00 in all selected deal statuses.
  • Warranties Gross – Total gross profit from warranties on deals in all selected statuses.
  • Warranties Sales – Total sales from warranties on deals in all selected statuses.
  • YTD Posted Accessory Gross – Total gross profit from deals in status posted and year of contract date matching current year.
  • YTD Posted Deal Finance Gross – Total gross profit from F&I products on deals in posted status and have year of contract date matching the current year.
  • YTD Posted Deal Gross – Total deal gross profit from deals in posted status and have year of contract date matching the current year.
  • YTD Posted Deal Incentives – Total value of incentives from deals in posted status and have year of contract date matching the current year.
  • YTD Posted Vehicle Gross – Total vehicle gross from deals in posted status and have year of contract date matching the current year.
