Aristo Time Clock Department Totals

This table shows hours logged into aristo time clock by the users department.  Columns include department name, user counts, total hours logged, days worked and average hours logged per user per day.

Tech Payroll Overview

This table shows details from hours logged into tech payroll.  columns include technician name, rate code, actual hours booked, flat hours booked, booked hours price, booked hours cost.

Technician Efficiency

This bar chart shows each technicians efficiency over the selected date range.  Efficiency is measured using booked flat hours compared to booked actual hours.

Technician Productivity

This bar chart shows how productive each technician has been during the selected date range.  Productivity is measured by the total hours spend working on repair orders compared to the number of hours spent at the dealership.  You can switch between using dispatch time clock and aristo time clock to measure how long a technician was at the dealership.

Technician Proficiency

This bar chart shows how proficient each technician is.  This measures the number of sold hours each technician produced compared to the number of hours they spent at the dealership.  You can switch between using dispatch time clock hours and aristo time clock hours for measuring the total time spent at the dealership.

Dispatch Times Overview

This table displays information from technicians that logged into dispatch.  Columns include technician name, number of days worked, total punch time hours, total dispatch time clock hours, total unapplied hours, and cost of unapplied time from straight time technicians.

Dispatch and Tech Punch Time Durations

This line chart show the total hours logged in dispatch time clock (red area) as well as the total hours logged into repair order punch times (blue area).  The gap between the two lines shows the total unapplied time for the date range selected.  The date dimension has drill down capability to start with year and month then drill down to a single day.

Time Clock Measures

Below is a list of the available measures in the Time Clock application:

  • Actual Hours Booked – This is the sum of actual hours booked onto repair orders for the date range selected.
  • Aristo Time Clock Average Hours Worked Per User Per Day – This is the average amount of hours clocked into aristo time clock per user per day for the selected date range.
  • Aristo Time Clock Hours – This is the sum of the hours clocked into aristo time clock for the date range selected.
  • Booked Hours Cost – This is the sum of labour cost from hours booked during the date range selected.
  • Booked Hours Price – This is the sum of labour sales from booked hours during the date range selected.
  • Days Worked – Count of unique days where a user has clocked into dispatch time clock.
  • Days Worked – Count of unique days where a user has clocked into aristo time clock.
  • Dispatch Time Clock Hours – This is the sum of hours clocked into dispatch time clock.
  • Flat Hours Booked – This is the sum of sold hours booked onto repair orders during the date range selected.
  • Number of Technicians – This is the count of unique users that have clocked into dispatch time clock during the date range selected.
  • Tech Efficiency – This is the sum of sold hours booked onto repair orders divided by the sum of actual hours booked onto repair orders during the date range selected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does BI replace reporting in PBS?

No, this is an add-on product that will allow for greater access to the data and flexibility, however the system only downloads data automatically on a nightly schedule.  Users can trigger the system to download new data to have more real time information included if they would like.

What can BI do that I can’t do with reporting in PBS?

1.BI can build any type of report spanning data across all departments. 

2.BI can compare data from multiple dealerships/sources.

3.BI can be delivered through the web and accessed through a mobile device.

4.BI can link additional data sources and merry it up to DMS data for greater insight.

 Do I need to learn how to build the reports myself?

No, while you will have access to build the reporting and customize your dashboards, the Business Intel service will allow you to call in and request visualizations to be created by our team.

How many requests can i make?

Each individual user will be allowed 5 requests per month.
