Below is a list of the measures available in the master library in the accounting application.

  • Deal Admin Fee – Total amount of fees on posted status deals.
  • F&I Comm % New – Percent of F&I gross profit in commissions from new vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for F&I commission value.
  • F&I Comm % Used – Percent of F&I gross profit in commissions from used vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for F&I commission value.
  • F&I Comm Sales New – F&I commission paid to sales rep on new vehicle deals.   Requires GL account mapping for F&I commission value.
  • F&I Comm Sales Used – F&I commission paid to sales rep on used vehicle deals.   Requires GL account mapping for F&I commission value.
  • F&I Gross W/O Admin – F&I gross profit from deals less the amount of the admin fees.
  • F&I Mgr Comm New – Commissions to F&I managers from new vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for commission value.
  • F&I Mgr Comm Used – Commissions to F&I managers from Used vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for commission value.
  • New Sales Commission – Vehicle gross commissions calculated using commission plan set up in deal.
  • Sales Comm % New – Percent of vehicle gross from new vehicle deals paid in commission to sales rep.  Requires GL account mapping for sales rep commission value.
  • Sales Comm % Used – Percent of vehicle gross from used vehicle deals paid in commission to sales rep.  Requires GL account mapping for sales rep commission value.
  • Sales Rep Comm New – Sales rep commissions from new vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for sales rep commission value.
  • Sales Rep Comm Used – Sales rep commissions from used vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for sales rep commission value.
  • Total Deal Gross Profit – Total deal gross profit from the deal values.
  • Total F&I Comm New – Total commission on F&I products for new vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for commission value.
  • Total F&I Comm Used – Total commission on F&I products for used vehicle deals.  Requires GL account mapping for commission value.
  • Total F&I Gross – Total gross profit from F&I products from deal values.
  • Total Gross – From accounting values, total posting from accounts set as type Income less the amount from accounts set as type Expense.
  • Total Amount – Sum of posting amount.
  • Vehicle Cost – Vehicle cost calculated using values from deal.
  • Vehicle Gross – Vehicle gross calculated using values from deal.
  • Vehicle Sale Price – Vehicle sale price calculated using values from deal.  Calculation includes vehicle price, adjustments and allowances.
